My booking was pretty much correct overall. The dates and room type all matched what I picked, so that part was fine. The only thing was the check-in note I added didn’t seem to come through, which wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying when you expect it to be there..

I stayed there once, and I felt a little uneasy about how much information they wanted from me. It wasn’t terrible, or actually, maybe it was just more than I expected, but the privacy details weren’t very clear. Because of that, I don’t think I’d book there again...

The bathrooms were clean enough but the shower felt really tight. It was fine for a quick stay just not the most comfortable setup

The snacks and drink options were actually really good, and I appreciated that everything was simple and not overpriced. That said, I do wish the whole experience felt a little smoother, but overall it was fine

The room itself was fine, but the hallways didn’t feel very secure at all. It didn’t seem like staff were really checking anything, which made me uncomfortable. Whoever runs this really needs to pay more attention to security.

I cancelled without any hassle, which matched what I figured would happen since they seemed straightforward from the start. The refund didn’t show up instantly, took a few days, but it did come through. Overall, fair experience...

The common areas were clean and comfy enough, so I can’t really blame the place there. Chill spot to hang out

The room was definitely on the small side, because apparently personal space is overrated, but the bed was actually super comfy. The pillows were nice too, which was a pleasant surprise. I slept way better than I expected. My only complaint is that the blanket could’ve been a bit thicker, unless the goal was to keep things exciting by making me wonder if I’d wake up cold.

I stayed at The Pod the Wi-Fi was way better than I expected. I had no issues joining calls, checking maps, or streaming a bit at night, and it didn’t keep dropping like hotel Wi-Fi usually does. That was a big plus. The only thing that really got on my nerves was the waiting around at times, which was frustrating after traveling. Still, the solid internet made the stay a lot easier, and I’d give it 5 stars for that alone.

So... I stayed at The Pod Hotel and the shower ended up being better than I expected. The water pressure was really strong, and the hot water kicked in fast every time. After being out walking around all day, that felt amazing. No waiting forever or dealing with random temperature changes, which I really appreciated. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the stay more comfortable.

From what I remember, the AC did its job well enough, but the heating was really slow to kick in at night. It wasn’t a huge problem, just made the room feel a bit less comfortable than I would’ve liked.

Check-in took much longer than it should have, and the checkout process wasn’t very clear either. I got through it fine, but it definitely felt slower and more confusing than expected.

Stayed here for a quick city trip and it was fine overall. The room was clean, but definitely tiny, though I guess that’s kind of what I expected from the name. The location was convenient, and check-in was easy. Staff were nice too, when I had a question, they were basically like, “No worries, we can help with that,” which was appreciated. My main issue was the price. Once the taxes and fees were added, it didn’t really feel like such a cheap option anymore. Not a bad stay at all, just not amazing value. I’d maybe come back if the rate was lower

I stayed here mostly for the location, and it ended up being just perfect. It was easy to walk around, the subway was close by, and there were plenty of food options nearby too. It just made the whole trip feel way less stressful. I’d definitely stay here again

I’ve stayed in pod hotels before where the noise was constant, so I was a little hesitant booking this one. But it was surprisingly quiet. I heard a door here and there, but nothing that kept me awake. I slept well both nights and didn’t even need the earplugs I brought. For the price and location, I was really happy with how calm it felt

Booking and paying were straightforward, so no complaints there :) The only annoying part was the deposit. They charged it right away, but after checkout it took longer than I expected to show back on my card. The staff said it was normal, but it still felt a little unclear. Overall the hotel was fine, I just wish the money/deposit part had been explained better!

Overall, the accessibility was good. The ramp made getting in and out much easier, which was really helpful. The elevator was a bit slow, but it did the job, so it wasn’t a big issue

I stayed here for two nights and overall it was actually clean and well maintained. The elevator was moving so slowly I briefly considered aging in place there, and one hallway light was flickering like it was trying to start a horror movie. But my room felt taken care of, and when the sink had an issue, the staff fixed it super fast. So yes, minor chaos, but nothing that ruined the stay.
